The most positive environment is when my team meets over zoom without the manager present.

Paying fair wages, providing higher merit increases and opportunity for bonuses/incentives, not forcing people back into the office to waste their time and little money

I am being forced to go back into the office a minimum of 2 times a week. I now have to spend my free time and personal money on work. SPS refuses to provide adequate equipment for work from home now that we are officially hybrid.
Was läuft falsch und wie kann es verbessert werden?
Direct manager is terrible. Manager does not listen to issues the team has, does not make any meaningful changes, does not follow through on their word. The team feels ignored and constantly belittled. Manager doesnt support us and have the teams best interest at heart. Hire a new manager
