Overall pretty good, but the medical benefits have declined in the insurance companies that we're using. Some members of HR have also been very quick to sweep things under the rug when senior leaders engages in illegal and/or unethical conduct. It's difficult to feel any way protected and supported.

Strong, stable, and know what's needed to get to the next level. Clear goals and objectives while still providing some flexibility to pivot as needed.

Total compensation vs. workload doesn't exactly position SPS over many other companies in the same industry. Medical benefits aren't as good as they could be and company 401K match could be much, much stronger.

There isn't great pay transparency and too much subjectivity applied to objective factors that impact pay and merit increases. Also, the manager budget rarely allows for people to get the full merit increase earned via performance review.

Qualifications and experience are becoming less important than race or gender when it comes to promotions, pay, and recognition. Plus we have hundreds of millions in cash yet we couldn't even come close to covering inflation with merit increases.
