Pay equity is not great. Hire more diverse leadership. Stop forcing employees to come into the office for no reason (other than helping out the Minneapolis Downtown Council). SPS doesn't currently put employees first.

I make $10k less than the median (not average, median) salary for this region for the same type of work as other roles. Merit increases are often less than yearly inflation percentage; yet SPS has had non-stop growth each quarter. Undervalue is baked in.

Having to go into the office multiple times each week when I don't even have a desk is stressful and unhelpful. I get less work done at the office, and it steals about 2 hours from me each day. I don't feel compensated appropriately. Employees don't come first, or this wouldn't be happening.
