Staples – Worked here 3 years and am just starting to move up the ladder. Abysmal pay, horrendous hours/scheduling, incompetent store managers, rude customer base. The only positive is the people that work there usually seem to be pretty cool people. Unfortunately they will probably get burnt out and leave.
By expanding our product assortment and making shopping and saving easier than ever, we’re helping customers make more happen every day. And it’s our mission to make more happen for associates, local communities and even the planet — through programs, policies and the values we live by.Weiterlesen

Was braucht das Führungsteam, um besser zu werden?
Making decisions on a store by store basis, because not every store can operate the exact same way and suits don't seem to understand that. They just want the same results. Well they need to start supporting the bottom line much more, everyone is looking for higher paying jobs and finding them.
Warum fühlen Sie sich unterbewertet und was würde Sie bei Ihrer Vergütung besser fühlen lassen?
A discount that's more than 10%, like oh yeah thanks you barely took tax off. Healthcare that's not literally bottom of the barrel, mental health care that's not just a phone number, some kind of commission or compensation for selling service plans. There's a lot they could do and nothing they will.
