We all get along. We do monthly potlucks and team bonding quarterly.

They listen and respond in appropriate ways. i.e. needing time to deal with health issues, mental health or loss of family.

I'd rate my experience 8/10. I've been with the company for more than five years and its a great company to work for. The only drawback is there's a very military style hierarchy and most of management is stuck in the past.
