Mostly positive, although there is much in the way of policy, day-day operations, & scheduled staffing to day-day duties/work load that is much to be desired, & can be improved upon. I also believe that company culture as well as POS. reinforcement, not always NEG. can be applied to improve culture.

Most everyone's willingness to work productively, and as a team. The company culture could be more positive, but day to day duties sometimes get the better of us with the fast pace of the day and little staffing. A lot of duties are put on 2 to 3 employees shoulders especially when fast paced.
