I love my job here in TeleTech and I have learned so much not only about the industry but also how to become a very professional individual.

TeleTech has been my second home and the people I worked with is family. Glad to be part in a team that encourage you to do great, allowing your skills to develop and grow. As I look back, 8 years ago, I am just an employee who really need a job, now I am someone who help the company meet its goal.

I always look forward to the new discoveries that I'll do. From creating a simple report and translating those significant numbers to a valuable story that could help my department achieve its goal for the week, month or year.

One of the values that we have is to Live Life Passionately. At TTEC we are allowed to take a break from the daily routine that we do. I had a chance to travel for a month and visit my parents abroad.

What I like most about work is I got to see my friends again in office. Working with them gives me more reason to stay with the company. TeleTech is like a second home for me, I am comfortable, concern and committed.

Being part of TA Marketing is a fulfilling job because you got to help job seekers land a job, you tend to learn different best practices from your colleagues and they themselves are willing to share it with you. We believe that the success of one is also the success of all.

Having a good listener and supportive leaders gives you more reason to stay with the company. Six years in the company is by far the longest stay I ever had in my entire career. Because of the leaders that I worked with I am able to discover other skills that I never thought that I can learn.
