I love my job! I have tremendous support and I am also able to use my skills and abilities to support my clients. I can be creative, and I can make decisions that are implemented not just in a local level, but across the US - best job I ever had!

The wellness program is phenomenal. TTEC truly cares about the overall well-being of employees. In Florida, we have a mobile clinic which makes it so convenient for employees to be able to take care of health concerns on a daily basis.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued, but I think TTEC could be more competitive with wages, should provide increases periodically to help retain talent
