What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is their dedication to nurturing and fostering a diverse & inclusive atmosphere. They truly go out of their way to make sure all employees feel like they belong, and like they're heard.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package is the 401k option.

I have more PTO days than what most of the companies in my country give. Also, I have 2 cards: 1 for my grocery shopping and 1 for restaurants, that's great!

What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring manager and recruiter really went out of their way to make me comfortable. I was transitioning from a different line of work, and they showed enthusiasm for my experience and background and saw it as a positive, and conveyed that.
