Left me unemployed on Christmas giving only 2 days notice , saying project is over. After being one week unemployed offered me $12.50 per hour for another project from$17 per hour. However, some of the agents remain on the same pay of $17 per hour. Terrible management, very selfish. No stability.

Communication. The company seems to be very disorganized and they lack in keeping employees up-to-date with changes. I have worked in Customer Service for years and I understand the nature of this business is ever changing however they fail to have an effective method of communicating changes.

No healthcare, very limited dental insurance. No vacation

Make sure those who are mandated to stay home, stay home. If some one is SICK, ensure they are not penalized for staying home. We were told FREE tests. TL's did not know about FREE TESTS. We were told our PTO would not be used when mandated to stay home. They are! Retired VET is disappointed!

I feel undervalued because I work in a building below city code... in a facility without a Human Resources Team or accountable Managment Team. All employee incentive for salary have been cut and no employment advancment or salary incentive exists.
