So far the experience has been disappointing. I was excited to begin employment with this company but they seem to be very disorganized and unprofessional. Changes to company policies and procedures aren't effectively communicated to even tenured exployees or managers in high positions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. The company seems to be very disorganized and they lack in keeping employees up-to-date with changes. I have worked in Customer Service for years and I understand the nature of this business is ever changing however they fail to have an effective method of communicating changes.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I recommend the recruiting team be adequately staffed & the recruiters introduce themselves & open up a direct line of communication to potential new hires to provide a personalised & professional approach to the hiring process. Throughout my hiring process there were no direct point of contact.
