TTEC lacks strategic vision. Sales strategy and go to market changes weekly. Sales people are the last to know any information.

TTEC is famous for having poor benefits.

For the work we do, we should be compensated $5-8 more per hour. Minimum wage is insulting. Increase the workload and pay. Get rid of substandard employees.

Sales leadership is the worst of any company I have seen. TTEC Digital went from an amazing place to work to the worst place I have ever worked in less than a year.
