What leadership team? I think you mean management.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to improve their people and leadership skills. If people didn't have their identity tied to their job, there would be more creativity in the environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They tore up the resume in front of me and asked me who I was, which was awesome. I honestly thought that was impressive. Anyone can sound nice on paper, so even though many communicate, very few can connect.
