What is the best part about your compensation package?
Aside from pay, etc., I appreciate our "Wellness Days" which are basically sick days, but can be used for any wellness purpose and you are encouraged to take them, which is different than companies where people never take sick time or feel the need to fake illness to take sick time.

Everyone is willing to jump in and address issues. The employees generally have a positive outlook even though many are overworked. I feel like the majority of the employees want to do the right thing, and think of the company as a whole, rather than focusing on how something impacts them personally

I have worked in places where projects never close and it feels like things never get done/change never happens. Here we always get to the finish line and it is satisfactory to see large-scale projects come to fruition and see the impact.
