For the first several years TTEC was the best place to work. There was new leadership hired in 2019 and the culture has turned extremely toxic. I can't imagine a company's culture changing so negatively this fast. It's truly impressive how bad the new leadership team is.

TTEC Digital employees are great. Management has gotten so bad that a brain drain is inevitable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
TTEC lacks strategic vision. Sales strategy and go to market changes weekly. Sales people are the last to know any information.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sales leadership is the worst of any company I have seen. TTEC Digital went from an amazing place to work to the worst place I have ever worked in less than a year.
