There is too much politics and favoritism. For a company that preaches Acting As One, is does not enforce a team approach.

The pay is well below the market industry. Changes in PTO banks reduced the employees ability to plan for emergencies. They stopped contributing to 401k. Bonus and raises have gone away.

Interacting with my own direct reports. While the company may let us down, I will not let them down and seeing the grow and develop is the most rewarding part of my job.

Couldn't tell you. As a middle manager in a support role, I do not qualify for anything that is for employee engagement, rewards or recognition. I volunteer for our employee engagement committee, and other culture impacting groups, but have no voice- just work.

Practicing what they preach. Taking support roles and other specialized experts seriously. Ttec is the epitome of the crud rolling downhill. There has been such a focus on empowering the front line, that is has alienated middle management, added more work but stripped them of their voice.
