I have some concerns with the management over my site and some of their recent policy changes. Chiefly if you have 3 managers 7 supervisors and roughly 45 employees and within 1 year your replace 4 managers, 10, supervisors, and have a retention rate of employees less than 50%

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The EMTs I work with are amazing and the supervisors are great but the management and client contact are controlling narcissists
What are some of the best things about your team?
90% of our shift start meeting is our manager telling us the new arbitrary policies and threatening to write us up or remove us
