Our leadership team is the most positive part of our environment. (JC, Kristi C, John H, and Brad Power.) They bring consistency with appreciations during meetings. They always say hello & goodbye to the group and check in through the day. There is a lot of laughter & quick recognition of good work

What I like best is how well they know the details of our projects and tools. Making the effort to stay informed and educated helps the team have trust in their guidance and secure in our roadmaps. I also like that our leadership team is honest & fair, and drives our Culture Champ development.
