Very relaxed and friendly environment, but the culture doesn't really exist beyond "be kind".

What did you like most about the interview process?
The panel interview process is scary for candidates, but the most fair procedure I've experienced. It is truly unique in selecting the best candidate. I enjoy the due diligence process where you are encouraged to converse with panel members before the actual interview

Everything except for the fact that it isn't fully remote. Think if we're going to have a hybrid model, the incentive of compensated meals or emphasis on team-building events should be a minimum
