Toxic work culture has increased over time, with a lot of micromanagement. I don't feel good in the work environment. There have been multiple times that I have been bodyshamed or disrespected.

If you are moving internally, you don't get paid fairly compared to someone who is hired from outside. It seems unfair to be working equally but paid less

There is too much focus on issues and whats wrong but the success of a team or an individual is barely highlighted. One award is not enough there should be more team wins and appreciation. They should encourage a more professional behaviour, starting from the leadership team
