I would like to see sales commissions paid out monthly versus quarterly. I feel recently our competitors have been hiring away AEs with better comp plans and pay.

I would leave Ambry for another company if it weren't for my fellow AEs. We are always supporting each other and lifting up each others spirits. We are always looking to unselfishly help each other.

Recognizing accomplishments of AE personnel in the field. There is very little positive reinforcement from leadership beyond a canned speech during NSM or MYM. As an AE I feel this company can take-or-leave me and does not value me as a person or employee.

Like I stated AEs do not seem to be valued by Ambry leadership or Ambry corporate. I feel that leadership & corporate think AEs are a dime-a-dozen and do not value our skills, relationships, and ability to maintain and grow business with minimal support from leadership
