It's negative to be honest. There are so many pitfalls. I can't wait to have this part of my resume be really small/insignificant. This company will not succeed.
Revisión
Slow to get things done because of all the red tape. Other teams are stubborn and slow, can't get things done correctly, communication from the top is awful, favoritism exists and is rampant. I don't believe I have a future here.

bonuses, healthcare package, PTO, gym membership
Revisión
It was easy overall. No issues
Revisión
Friendly, laid back, empathetic, non-judgmental
Revisión
I want to be fully remote. I might quit honestly.
Revisión
The CEO needs to go. What a toxic person who knows nothing of science.
Revisión
Make hybrid working a thing. This is a stupid company, with a stupider CEO.
Revisión
They should actually work. Only a few of us do the majority of the work.
Revisión
When I know I am learning and growing my skills, making an impact, and broadening my intellectual horizons
Revisión
Stay on track. This company is a mess. The CEO has no clue what he's doing. It's embarrassing.
Revisión
Stop the favoritism and nepotism? Maybe work as much as the rest of us who are treated poorly?
Revisión
Way too many things to list. It's been listed before, but seems stupid to keep repeating since nothing changes.
Revisión
Stick to a plan. Pay employees better. More room for growth. Stop changing priorities every few days. Actually be first to the market on something.
Revisión
Stop promoting people who have no idea how to lead. Invest in innovation. On top of everything, the CEO is overly confident (which comes off as cocky).
Revisión
I get offers every day for 20% increased pay and titles. I tried to leave last year, got a bonus/promotion, but still was not actually equivalent to the market.
Revisión
I could get 2 titles higher with at least 20k more pay elsewhere but this company does not value smart, hardworking people. Instead, they rig these rating sites and try to keep things swept under the rug.
Revisión
Meeting most of the team that I'd be interacting with on a daily basis. That helped me understand the personalities and workload right from the start. I also liked that literally EVERYONE I met, receptionist, scientists, directors, etc. was incredibly nice.
Revisión
There is a culture of decency and fairness that I appreciate. I have not met one person who has been rude or condescending - this is not what I've seen at other companies, so I do believe Ambry is doing something right.
Revisión
I like how they respect everyone, regardless of "title" or education level, etc. The leadership team does a great job of recognizing everyone's hard work and that definitely is exemplified at all levels of the company. The non-judgmental and inclusive culture at the top makes a huge impact.
Revisión
I would have liked to go back to the first question from this set - I don't think I'm paid adequately for my education level, but that might be a problem with the industry and not this company. Although, I have seen opportunities for similar roles with higher salaries.
