Ambry is a young company, both in its workforce and in the actual age of the company. With that, I don't think they know how to maintain a workforce long-term. They don't terminate employees that do their job poorly and they don't reward or give growth opportunities to those who do their jobs well.

Ambry does not pay a living wage for Orange County for highly skilled work. There has been no Cost of Living adjustment (standard in most companies) or the opportunity for raises. When a raise is requests, management claims it is not able to negotiate or offer a pay increase.

Our team is super social and for the most part friendly, there is a clique like attitude with a select number of people and they will work to make your work life more difficult. Management is aware of this and hasn't encouraged this but doesn't do much to keep it in check.
