90% of the time i am satisfied, but last year I took a trip that qualified as a " trip in vain"! Due to mechanical issues, i never got to my destination!! The AA employees on the ground clearly labeled this a "trip in vain" and my cost was over $1000 but American denied my refund!!

There must be more accountability in upper mgt, in the economic and finance world profitability is key as well as future foresight. Extremely clickey and unyielding. Definitely NOT the place of you like innovation or creative problem solving.
It is a badge of honor in finance to work ungodly hours. The more you can neglect your family/friends/home life, the better it is viewed. Uhhmmm...no thanks.
