How employees describe working at American Airlines
90% of the time i am satisfied, but last year I took a trip that qualified as a " trip in vain"! Due to mechanical issues, i never got to my destination!! The AA employees on the ground clearly labeled this a "trip in vain" and my cost was over $1000 but American denied my refund!!

There must be more accountability in upper mgt, in the economic and finance world profitability is key as well as future foresight.
