How employees describe working at American Airlines
90% of the time i am satisfied, but last year I took a trip that qualified as a " trip in vain"! Due to mechanical issues, i never got to my destination!! The AA employees on the ground clearly labeled this a "trip in vain" and my cost was over $1000 but American denied my refund!!

There must be more accountability in upper mgt, in the economic and finance world profitability is key as well as future foresight. When you record a -87% (TTM) there needs to be a cause and effect and this is someone who ran and owned his business without financial backing and responsible for its C
Get ahead of situations. Anticipate, prepare, act.
