I am thankful to work here and there are a lot of opportunities to make ASSA ABLOY a top company. But we need a good foundation first. It starts with unity between departments and showing tangible evidence of working towards the same goals and projects as management drives everyone to get there.

I think the departments in the company are not aligned and are not prioritizing the same goals and projects. I also think the way projects are prioritized should be reevaluated. We need a good foundation to build on before we can truly start making improvements.
