Theres not a lot of direction, so it seems like individuals do their own thing. I believe this is more of a leadership issue.

Slow down and have a clear vision for the brand. Things will change on a day to day basis, but the vision should be pretty steady.

Avoid making the easy things hard. Operate as one chegg. Stop assuming that we all know whats going on with everyone. Instead of replying with "thats just the way it is", leadership should take the feedback a bit more serious.

Have a clear vision and understand how we should all work together. We have 3 parts to chegg and i dont think theyre on the same page. Then within those 3 parts, theres additional groups that don't understand what we should be doing or who should be doing it.
