The training right out of the gate was amazing, and the ongoing support is fantastic. CIENCE has grown quickly and so there have been bumps in the road, no doubt, but the company reacts quickly to course correct.

The CIENCE leadership truly cares about the well being of employees and lives by the company value of transparency.

Everyone is fair and is quick to jump in to help when necessary, even when it doesn't necessarily fall under their job responsibility.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was an untraditional interview peppered with problem solving scenarios. It also was FAST! CIENCE doesn't mess around when they see true talent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most recently, seeing CIENCE leadership react to taking care of our Ukranian employees, stands out impeccably and speaks worlds about how genuinely they care about our people here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture and people are light and fun, but the business is taken very seriously. The level of transparency is incredible. It is not uncommon for the CMO or CSO to be present in office hour meetings - everyone is accessible and helpful!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Before working at CIENCE, I worked for Red Bull North America for 10 years - I couldn't have ever imagined I'd find a company who's brand and product I would be as passionate about. I am SO happy to have found CIENCE as my new home! The leadership and values here are unrivaled!
