Not enough pay. I have waited in a drive thru for up to 2 hours to only get paid $2.50 because there was no tip.

Customers get mad at the Dashers some times FOR their order being late, when it's out of our control. I have been yelled at by several customers because their order was late

I'm a top Dasher and just because I get orders first to either accept or decline, I accept 99% of the time because where I LIVE YOU never know when the next order will come in and those orders don't always mean more pay, like we are told. NEED MORE PAY
