I have grown from a part time SA all the way to a CRR and recently stepped down to be vault teller. If I want to stay in the retail side, I have room to grow, but if I want to grow into the Backoffice setting, I have found it much harder to get my foot in the door.

I've been with FMB 6 years, I've watched as we acquired Monroe and Level One and didnt just absorb them and turn them into FMBs but worked to merge what worked well with them with what worked well here to create one better bank. I feel like the company cares about the wellbeing of their employees

I'm going on 7 years with FMB, I've worked in various roles in that time from a part-time teller, to a CRR, to a reserve, to role in BSA. I enjoy the company and all the potential growth I have here.

I love my manager and the upper management that I have met, they make me feel valued

We are a team! Even the BC my office is in happily interacts with me when I am onsite.

Its adequate? I'm not sure how to answer this as I dont feel it provides anything that shouldn't be automatic for a full-time employee.

We are like a family; we care about each other's wellbeing. We want to see each other succeed, so we work together very well!

I am in a semi remote position so I don't have a ton of interaction with my teammates. But when we are in meetings we have fun together.

Making us as individuals feel valued. Our upper management has no idea who we are, when we come to them with problems, we're dismissed more often than not.
Revisión
I'm assigned my work and left to do it on my own for the most part. If I need help or guidance its there but I'm typically not micromanaged.
Revisión
I feel valued by my current leadership (Direct managers and up). They are invested in my success and are willing to work with me in areas I may need to improve.
Revisión
feeling like I matter on my team and make a difference to my customers. I may not work directly with the customers anymore but even though they cant see me, I'm vigilantly watching their backs.

When I stepped down from CRR to SA I lost over $2. My time with the company didn't decrease, the amount of knowledge I had didn't decrease, but I went down to making very similar to what someone just hired with no banking experience makes. I agree that I should make less but not that much less.
