I am ready to leave
Revisión
Disappointing but tolerable. I interviewed here based on the company winning best places to work but everyone I meet here is upset with FMB.
Revisión
Valuing development of staff would be nice.
Revisión
Overall get along with the staff
Revisión
Making sure that the aims of leadership is actually practiced through management.
Revisión
Just a lack of training, development, and communication makes everything a struggle.
Revisión
We work as a team and members are excited by each other's success.
Revisión
Communication is absurd for a company this size (Apple Pay not being paid out for example)
Revisión
Communication which includes listening. Leadership is also just never visible if you don't work in Indy or Muncie.
Revisión
Benefits are good to great but the base pay is just not competitive and does not adequately compensate for inflation.
Revisión
Management is out of touch of day-to-day operations. Management does not communicate changes. No clear vision. Everything is spread via rumors.
Revisión
I definitely feel undervalued. Its not just compensation its being asked questions and listened to. Its having executive management spend time with us.
Revisión
We have people that I genuinely like throughout the company. FMB has mostly staff that I get along with and seem like decent people.
Revisión
I can go to a competitor bank and make 20% more. Starting to look outside bank at other opportunities as FMB does not seem interested in internal development.
Revisión
The role, listed as an analyst, is anything but. I do data entry. My opinions do not matter. The company puts zero effort in developing analysis. All of the focus in on data entry.
Revisión
I do not like my manager. Nothing is good enough. Everything is negative. If I work faster I just get more assignments. If I take my time to get details right, I'm too slow. I cannot remember the last time my manager said anything nice to me or my co-workers. It's always a focus on our faults.
