
My overall experience is negative. I was forced into a position I did not apply for. I was not properly compensated for the new role. I have tried multiple departments to stay within the company and have had no chance to move to another department. Very little follow up was completed.

My leadership team can improve on where they spend money for "improvements." C3 and DMI were a waste of money. A better way that money could have been spent would have been to improve our connections system, technology in branches, and online banking.

They need to consider the people at the bottom of the totem pole. During integration with Level One, they decided to keep branches open for 3 hours was a waste of time and money. Executives sit at the top and make decisions for those below who are the ones genuinely impacted.

I now do more work and make less money than tellers at other institutions. 5/3 starts their tellers at $20/hr and they don't open accounts or do any form of lending.
