I love that the company is all about including everyone and being more diversified. But I feel that in the process those who are Christian or have a religious belief are not included, almost to the point of being discriminated or excluded.

We work as a team and as a family we are out for each other and for the branch. If we individually succeed then the branch succeeds. This extends to both lines, commercial and consumer. Both have to work together as one to achieve greatness.

Tellers and CRRs have seen an increase in pay but no one else higher has. Also there is no incentive for anyone to achieve over 120% on their goals to receive a higher payout. If someone achieves 200% or higher of goal, they should be rewarded.
