I've had a lot of wonderful days and some really painful days. I choose to remember all the wonderful times as I'm grateful for all that FMB has put into me and that I've forwarded onto the customers. I think I've outgrown where I am and that's the growing pains.

Everyone is pretty welcoming. Very few people will make you feel stupid for asking answers to questions you don't know. Most will walk you through how to do something new correctly instead.

Everyone tends to stay busy, so no matter what is going on, we just keep working through it to finish the day. But it doesn't solve anything at the end of the day.

My clients. I've been with the company for years and know a lot of them by name. I enjoy seeing them and just interacting with them. And solving problems. Making things that were difficult or hard into finished and done.

They are beautiful people and there's a lot of good and great in them. I don't feel like there's time in the day to properly relate to them and they're pretty long-winded. So connecting with them through the day and getting goals met is not easily defined.

What makes me happy is contributing where I can to make others' lives better and easier. It can be a lot, but I know my skills are needed to help everyone make it through the day. I like just doing everything I can, then looking back and see what was accomplished.

I feel like we are asked to wear a lot of different hats, which isn't so much the issue; more it gets confusing on who is supposed to focus on what when we get overly busy. I don't feel like there's a good execution plan in place on how to handle those times

I feel like it's necessary to do work outside of our job description to have the team successful on a regular basis. But we're not really compensated for the amount of work we take on to help everyone prosper. Teally don't feel seen or appreciated from higher ups. Just feel like a gear in the system

With the FMB company, I like our theme. We're here to help everyone prosper. For the most part, FMB employees take that and use not only for our clients but with each other. It's a mixed yes and no answer to "Do you look forward to interacting with your coworkers?" Half I know have my back and I would do whatever they needed for them. The other half, I never know if they'll be in a bad mood or not and my trust has been broken with them where I'm wary of them.
