We should bring technology into the center of what we do. Advances in technology lead to seamless client experiences. All aspects of our business can be enhanced. A suppression of short-term shareholder wealth is a reasonable trade for the stability of long-term shareholder wealth.

The workplace is intense - numerous competing demands; not enough coworkers on team to meet ongoing workload. Adding staff to help manage workflow would relieve pressure. The size and breadth of my daily task load is distracting and draining. I can only give each task 75% of my attention.
