Almost daily frustration with bureaucratic red tape and others unwillingness to improve upon legacy policy and procedures. I guess if that's the way we've always done it we should just keep banging our heads against a wall with manual processes.

Significant roadblocks occur on projects that require collaboration between departments. Things have always felt very siloed. Granted that isn't unique to FMB and have seen that elsewhere.

Based on what I see, "we" want to be the best we can within our means. That is positive. I think within this same aspect sometimes people should also take into account we aren't trillion-dollar Chase as well.

I'm not going to leave a specific comment that would give up anonymity. I think a quick analysis of the healthcare benefit would show that we can do better. There's more work to be done than just with that in all honesty.

Benefits need reviewed, health insurance not great. Prevention Cloud gate keeper is an absolute joke. Take whatever money is being wasted there and use it towards regular health care plan or we can keep begging for better benefits. Current set up is not something we can recruit to.
