overwhelming on most days due to lack of communication, lack of training and guidance. Managers need to do a better job and setting the expectations, shutting down negativity, stressing the importance of customer service to not just external but internal too, show respect to your co workers

it was a rough start, very negative department but has improved and continues to improve. I'm still learning about FMB and what they offer to its employees. There does need to be more collaboration across the board, get employees input on what needs to be improved, not just focus on mgmt for input
