team communication is most important and seems to be lacking somewhat now , i believe may be getting better i hope as we have an awesome team but leadership has changed so much in past couple of years and new mgr just not really in tune with the team concept we have

our team is very compatable we work well together and just wish the manager would have more interaction with us as our previous managers Chris and Brandon they really seemed to care and we dont get that feeling from the current manager . the team gals themselves are very compassionate and helpful
