I am at the bottom of the pay scale. The pay scales changed in 2024, which put us old time bankers at the bottom of the scale. It needs to be fixed.

If our benefit package was better, I would not feel underpaid. It's so expensive to just go to a Dr appointment to get a physical. It's not the bank's fault that the insurance is awful. Perhaps we just need to change insurance plans.

I look at our leadership team as real people and I believe that most of our executive team looks at me as a person, first and employee second. That's crucial to retaining employees. You must get to know them to help them grow and get them on board.

I just know that there should be some consideration for employees that work at the larger and busier branches to be compensated based on that. I don't think that we get very many perks. A Small discount on loans, no annual fee on ODP's or HELOC's, but really nothing else in regard to perks

I enjoy the work that I do. My role requires me to take care of my SA team. For me, it simply means that the SA's are my customers and it is important to me to help them to learn, grow and advance in their careers. That is a rewarding feeling for me. It makes me happy to help my team.
