very poor experience since the bank I worked for was purchased. FMB makes no attempt to change their workflow to accomodate the new lending style of the purchased bank. FMB infrastructure cannot support the expanded portfolio that was purchased. Executive mgmt appears to be oblivious to the issues

recognizing the middle management does not provide customer service. they concentrate on following the workflow that is in place without any attention paid to providing customers with a pleasant experience. Without happy customers this bank will not survive

The recent integration of banks was a disaster. FMB has made no attempt to understand the region they purchased and has not made any adjustments to the established workflow to integrate the banks successfully. Customers are leaving daily due to the poor results of the integration.

middle management needs to be promoted based on their job knowledge and skill level. They need to think outside of the box and learn how their teams work interacts with the next teams work. The constant refrain is "oh my team does not take care of that." No attempt is made to forward to the next
