Treated as a number, only concerned about a stock price, constant battle between other departments to pass the buck.
Revisión
Treated as a number in the never-ending run for increasing stock prices.
Revisión
treated as a number, looked over except when something is negative.
Revisión
I dont know much about them
Revisión
mostly collaborative, minimal errors, operate efficiently
Revisión
truly helping customers, worklife balance, appreciation for hard work completed
Revisión
Treating people with dignity and not as just another number.
Revisión
treated as a number, no promotion opportunities, bad work/life balance
Revisión
helping customers and feeling like I made a difference, pay incentives
Revisión
stop treating people as numbers and only chasing a stock price
Revisión
A better work/life balance. Paid at least equal to my peers.
Revisión
focus on your employees and customers rather than chasing a stock price.
Revisión
Help the communities you are in rather than chasing a stock price
Revisión
I don't come to work to make friends. We work together fine.
Revisión
Being paid closer to industry norm, insurance that isn't abysmal, retirement as a possibility
Revisión
A company that cared about its community and employees versus chasing a stock price.
Revisión
Everyone is treated as a number. Better benefits and health insurance would help.
Revisión
They are great about chasing a stock price without caring about the community they are in.
Revisión
As stated before the company only cares about stock price and the numbers that employees can make.
Revisión
Massive turnover makes sure that new employees are always needing training while tenured staff is stressed out picking up the slack
Revisión
they are new to banking and it is nice to see them grow with time. they are also impressionable and quick to adapt.
Revisión
my immediate manager and their manager is great, but I do not know much about anyone above that so I feel indifferent towards upper leadership.
Revisión
It would be positive if the company cared about the customers in the communities it has versus chasing a stock price and if employees were more than a number.
Revisión
as a michigan employee it is so nice to close at 430. hours offer great worklife balance. its so nice to drive by my old bank jobs on my way home and see they are still working and i'm free!
Revisión
i love that we close at 430 m-th, and 12 on Saturdays. work life balance is extremely important to me because my family is important to me. I love driving by our competitors that are still open on my way home.
Revisión
inflation has increased significantly and FMB has not acknowledged this. raise percentages are lower this year and things are more expensive than ever. my raise for exceeding expectations wont even cover the cost of the increase of my health insurance- which doesn't cover much as it is
Revisión
certainly not the health benefits. they are very expensive, and although I pay for the plus plan the deductible is too high even with the HSA contribution from FMB. benefits are worse than other companies I've worked for and nothing is too competitive or sets apart from others.
