I enjoy my job and feel I am paid reasonably well, but the high deductible insurance plan is really hard on my family. I would like to have options to pay for a plan with a low deductible. I don't feel the executive team understands how hard it is to meet the high deductible for the average worker

I enjoy having challenging work but the high deductible insurance plan is really hard - my family typically spends the maximum out of pocket of $7,000 each year and the premiums are very high each month. Would like to have a better lower deductible insurance plan option.
