
The company do not compensate or rewards the employees for their job and achievements, instead they focus solely in cost cutting measurements. This is contradictory as they keep hiring senior employees but give no opportunity of growth to young LPB+ who are capable to do the job.

The restructuring plan is causing bottle neck of work. I am being swamp with different projects - always urgent, always important - however my growth within the company is not possible as I am part of the restructuring plan and my position will be closed. Leaders do not seem to care.
