No or poor merit increases barely covering inflation. Limited promotion opportunities. No working from home compensation. No celebration of achievements, hitting targets etc. Improvement of above and especially merit increase and working from home compensation after working hard during Covid.

Too high workload and too fast pace leaving to limited time of professional development and constant fire fighting. Get buy in from workers by letting them be part of setting the deadlines. This will also make deadlines more realistic.
