I am guesing I either had too much experience which the recruters mentioned more than once or I may have intimidated them with my experience of over 25 years as either an Electrician/ET or a Mechanic specialising in Hydraulics. I was happy with the efficiency of the early process. I applied one day, took a skills assessment the next, and had an interview scheduled for a week after i applied. After the interview, there was little communication or transparency, and four weeks is too long to not hear back after an interview.
