Having to put and push my luggage towards the back, hitting my head ..a 200. Dollar Pageant garment bag with a thousand-dollar Pageant dress in it (may not be a costly amount for some but it is for me) thrown on the ground and told, I quote "Get it.. Let's go" ).I will definitely share my experience
