Broke down 30 miles from Reno and sat on shuttle bus for 5 hours before I had friends come and pick me up. Greyhound cancelled my connections starting in Las Vegas. Missed Christmas with family and now will not give me a refund. It's not the money, less than 300, it's the principle. Joan White,
