Greyhound Lines – Horrible customer service! Wanted a 17ur old who's phone was stolen to "walk and find a store to print his ticket". Wouldn't contact the bus terminal to get him assistance. Suggested that "he would be ok" in Atlanta at midnight wondering around trying to find help. Did absolutely nothing.
