Id.me is actively trying to build a culture that allows people to do their best and get rewarded for it. My biggest complaint is that their pay scale is "based" on the market, which means we don't really compete or try to attract and retain top talent.

Lots of communication, open to ideas and constructive criticism, feels like the stop to change lands in the C-Suite tho, which can be a bad look over time

I enjoyed the panel process, getting to meet multiple people from different parts of the department. Nothing ridiculous about the interview process length either, two weeks from initial call to offer.
