I like working for IG. I like working for the Richmond office and working with the people I work with. Overall, I'm highly satisfied, but there are a couple specific things I wish I could change.

low base salary, added responsibilities to the AM'S plate with self-sourcing and we don't get full commission for people we source on our own- we are required to loop in recruiters who only help with onboarding then and occasional engage when the person is hired
